Miscommunication creates chaos and confusion

Good Morning! Happy Friday!

As this week comes to a close, many of you are anticipating the end of the school year, mixed with relief, and some of you a new schedule and anxiety. What a liberating feeling for our children. Let's help them celebrate!

We are entering the dark moon this weekend, complete on Monday, June 6th.

The new Moon takes us into the shadows, a time to create, reinvent yourself, take an emotional time out. Get new ideas.

It is a time to embrace the nothingness, in order to get new inspiration.....

This is a reminder for me to use this time to mourn the things that did not come to pass in the last month, but celebrate with new energy, the ideas that I fertilize today for the coming month.

For you that follow the Jamie Sams Monthly guide, we are entering the month of Storyteller Grandmother of the sixth moon (June) .

We are reminded this month to remain young at heart, and always "Speak our truth" say what you mean, speak from your heart in a truthful, clear and concise manner.

If you would like to follow along, the 2 books are "the thirteen original clan mothers" and the daily meditation "Earth Medicine, ancestors ways of harmony for many moons." Jamie Sams is an exceptional writer and teacher of the Native American way. (I have found them used for a minimal price online at amazon or one of those.)

Miscommunication creates confusion. Misunderstanding creates assumption, which is not good communication. I have seen many things go south because assuming, or not saying how we feel.

When someone tells you a story of their personal truth or something that happened to them, this intimate sharing is for you to see how this is about you, you are being told these things so you can reflect it back to the self and grow.

To not hear the message hidden in the story is a disservice to the self. These stories, or conversations are seldom "coincidence," it is a message for you to unravel.   Have a safe, blessed and happy weekend!
