Will someone let me out of here?!!

Good Morning!

In order to move forward, it's necessary to work through the past.

The past is like a mound of garbage that we need to clear before we can move forward. It stops us from growing and from creating new memories.

We cling to the past like a rope, reliving detail after painful detail, when most of the people, places and things are no longer in our life.

Our internal victim is addicted to punishment and only through forgiveness, can we move forward, unburdened; no longer carrying that weight.

These thoughts for the day are hopefully inspiring you to be different;
to risk letting go of things, people and memories that keep you selfish, needy and a victim.

The past is a series of lessons....nothing more...a journey of evolution of the self.

Our pasts are just a story; something that happened to force us to get lessons, and grow.
It deserves only review, forgiveness and release..

Forgiveness for the  self..
Forgiveness for others...

Be grateful for these tough lessons..because in only through the fire of trial are we cleansed, renewed and reborn...

Like the Phoenix creating its own death only to rise from the ashes reborn, paying homage to it's former life...

Here is the thought for the day-

Forgiveness is unlocking the door to set someone free and realizing you were the prisoner.
