Living through change!

Transition, how do we survive change?

Transition/Change comes in many forms, birth/death, marriage/divorce, moving, job loss/new job. Transition from child to adult, parent to grandparent.

All transition is Death, some cultures believe that once we leave the Red Road here on Earth, we then begin the journey of the Blue Road Of Spirit. Death is one of many transitions that we experience.

All change/transition requires a "death" of one thing and a "birth" of another. The challenge is allowing a mourning process. Embracing the purposefulness of leaving one thing, and releasing it in order to embrace the new thing. Even rearranging your furniture requires change of perception!

All this energy  can be repressed and we manage through these changes without allowing ourselves to fully mourn,, see the lesson in it and release that energy from our heart, our Spirit.

This is why we came here, to learn things. If we never fully finish with the lessons of past, we will continue to bring it into our future. Inhibiting our growth, postponing love and joy and peace.

We pretend we are strong, we "sucking it up." But true strength comes in allowing the mourning process.  "Sucking it up" is denying our Spirit freedom of expression, freedom to mourn and release that energy.

It is really hard to look at your spiritual trials on the table, and be willing to sort through it with Love. Without blame, guilt or judgment. (Severe emotional trauma should always be handled with a medical professional.)

Our Spirit is only in search of Love and Peace. The freedom of accepting transition requires release of control, acceptance of the greater good and faith. Faith that everything is purposeful, even of the reason is not clear. That every event is for our growth, or the growth of another.

I believe we chose this journey for all of it, the good, bad and the ugly. Only to emerge, bigger, better, stronger and more enlightened in the end.
