Judge and Jury

Good Morning,

Inside all of us is the critic, the judge.

In order to silence the critical voice, it is necessary to take away the power.

Speaking aloud our secrets, guilt and fears takes away the power.

Even if the person we are speaking it aloud to is ourselves.

Once we can really examine these things in the light, they becomes just things that need to be thrown away.
No longer important...
Just part of the story.....

By liberating ourselves through love and honesty, we silence the internal judge and then we cannot be harmed by the judgement of others.

Remember that all of our experiences are lessons in disguise,
filling another chapter in the book of Me.

Here is the thought for the day

Doubt yourself and you doubt everything you see.
Judge yourself and you see judges everywhere.
But if you listen to the sound of your own voice,
you can rise above doubt and judgment.
And you can see forever.
