Healing

Good Morning, Happy Wednesday

In the Jamie Sams daily meditation book that some of you follow, we are on page 215. Click on her name for more info.

This month is governed by the Grandmother, She Who Heals. This month we will be visiting ways in which to heal.

Being Holistic, is truly to see the connectedness between the Physical, Emotional and Spiritual parts of ourselves.

That they exist in a delicate Balance (there's that word again)!

Healing emotionally, inevitably will heal Spiritually. It will allow us to be healthier Emotionally, and to be in balance emotionally, means that we will be healthier Physically.

Repressing grief, anger and fear, will put the Spiritual Emotional and Physical body in harms way.

So many of us afraid of expressing our emotion, We feel that we are expected to be in CONTROL of EVERY situation EVERY outcome, EVERYONE'S emotions, while denying our own needs and wants.

Therefore becoming depressed, and unable to See clearly, HEAR clearly, the INNER GUIDANCE. Our Guides, and Angles and Creator, Patiently wait for us to run out of steam, in a heap, wait for us to look up and say.....

Help me.

For it is at that moment, that it comes unraveled, this illusion and we Remember, that we are not alone.

Waiting for us to remember.... We are Spiritual beings, having a human experience. This journey is just about learning and growing.

That the Control; free will, is the Coyote, the Trickster, allowing us to run amuck. Using our free will freely, trapping ourselves, tricked, into thinking we have all the answers. Managing that which cannot be managed.

Now we are ready to listen to the wisdom of the inner voice.

Now, the healing can begin.

Heres is the thought for the day.

Forgiving does not erase the bitter past. A healed memory is not a deleted memory. Instead, forgiving what we cannot forget creates a new way to remember. We change the memory of our past into a hope for our future.
