complaining

Good Moning!!!

Miss Me?   Complaining.

Like Dr Phil says; your either part of the problem, or part of the solution...

Those who complain are looking for an audience.They usually speak from an underinformed position, and do not really have all of the facts, because they really do not know.

 It is like rallying people to their defense for not doing something.   It is their way of justifying their inability to get involved, make changes, grow, inspire, encourage, nurture...

  Complaining is just a grown up word for whining.

Complainers, critics and gossips are like a disease, infecting everyone around them, looking for willing allies to join their group of  for a round of stinkin' thinkin'.

Rarely are they actually inspired to make changes about that which they complain, call them on it ant watch the excuses fly......

Once we get involved, try to find a solution to a problem, then you gain a different perception, you see why there may be snafu's or why things may not be running smoothly....

If you want to complain, be prepeard to be part of the solution..   If not, then please.... keep it to yourself.

Here is the thought for the day;

 ...complaining is what we do well. We do it artfully and with gusto, and although I personally consider it a pleasurable hobby, sometimes you just have to gag your inner whiner to let other voices (like your imagination) get a word in edgewise.
